Attorney Daniel Weberman has extensive experience representing construction companies, small businesses and individuals. He received his B.S. in History and J.D. from Wayne State University. He also holds his individual broker's license from the State of Michigan.
Mr. Weberman has used his experience in real estate and business to represent a variety of clients in contract negotiations, litigation of contract disputes, debt collections litigation and has argued on behalf of his clients in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals. He has represented numerous commercial and residential property managers in drafting lease agreements and enforcing the rights of landlords and tenants. Mr. Weberman prides himself in representing clients in all aspects of their business, including business formation, collections, partnership disputes and litigation. His experience in a variety of business and real estate related fields allows him to understand the issues that business owners face and provide pragmatic and cost effective solutions. In addition to fighting vigorously for his clients, Mr. Weberman has served as an Oakland County District Court Case Evaluator.
